Try to visualize every small muscle in your body, every cell, going for a well needed sleep. Every part of your body feels heavier yet lighter, as if they were completely weightless, ruled entirely by gravity. There is no tension, no need to grasp, clench your jaw or tense your fingers. You feel like a feather, your thoughts start wondering, and whatever goes through your mind, you never judge, you just observe it and let it go.
