During this course, we will focus on the development of advanced breathing techniques, developing a solid Breathing Routine, advanced pool training and gaining the necessary knowledge to extend your physical and mental limits even further.
π 2 days Advanced Course (+3hrs each day) including surf-specific physiology, 2 advanced breath training sessions & 2 surf-specific pool training.
