David moved to Costa Rica from Austin Texas in November 2020. David learned to swim before his first birthday and from then on he has been like a fish his whole life.
David has recently acquired his Bronze Cross Lifesaver, Swim Instructor, and emergency first aid and CPR certificates from the Royal Lifesaving Society, and is now an Underwave Training Level 1 Instructor!
David is an avid surfer and will incorporate all of his knowledge and passion for the water and the ocean in all that he teaches and facilitates. He is excited to bring the Underwave Level 1 Workshop to the Playa Grande/Tamarindo area, as well as incorporating these new skills in his current programs!
